Training Guide for Trainers

  • You will be contacted with new trainee info the day prior to training.
  • Please reach out to the trainee to introduce yourself with a warm welcome to The Mission Maids Family.
  • Let the trainee know where to meet you and give them a run down of what the day looks like (how many homes, are they regulars, first time customers? Or any info you feel they should know).
  • Set expectations: 
    • You will meet in front of the home, review the app to see any important information to help you gain access, notes, etc.
    • Then get equipment out and prepare to enter the home.
  • Let them know what they should be wearing, remind them to bring water, and eat breakfast. 
  • Be prepared by reviewing the checklist for the next day.
  • Make sure you lead by example yourself!!!!!
  • Day 1 – Bathrooms
  • Day 2 – Kitchen, Bathroom and Floors plus make a bed
  • Day 3 – Add Dusting plus wet wipe base boards
  • Day 4 – Full Home plus oven clean (Reach out to customer to do self clean the day prior)
  • Day 5 – Full Home choose an add on
  • Wait for them to arrive.
  • Welcome them with a smile  
  • If they are not in the correct uniform they will need to go home and change. 
  • Follow checklist.
  • Follow up with management if there are concerns
  • Follow same process as above.
  • Follow the process above
  • Contact management of concerns and feedback about your trainee if needed
  • Follow the same processes and day 1 and 2
  • Have trainee take knowledge quiz in tech resources and have them send you a screenshot with a passing score
  • Send passing score to management via text to the employee line
  • Complete as normal
  • At the end of the day ensure they feel comfortable going solo or determine if they need additional training.
    • If so please come up with an action plan together and call management to discuss it as well.
  • Come to the office with your trainee to help them with their supplies and any other questions they may have. 
  • Double-check if they are still feeling ok, or if they have any last minute questions.
  • Make sure they are logged into the CRM properly on their phones and see their schedule for the next day. 
  • Check on the trainee after their first day solo
  • Check on with your trainee after one week.
  • You are held accountable by measuring the efficiency and quality of your trainees and yourself
