Team Clean Process

• Get started regardless of whether your other team member has arrived.

• If your team member is already there, communicate and coordinate to determine the best place for you to get started and help the team!
  

When working as a team, this is the best way to break down what each of you will do in the home:

BATHROOMS

Start in Master bathroom (if possible, then finish smaller bathrooms)

1. Extension Pole (fan brush) all vents and cobwebs 

*Look Up and Down 

2. Treat tub and/or shower if needed. 

3. Vanity top to bottom 

• Clean light fixtures (if applicable) 
• Clean mirror (don’t forget the top edge of mirror and medicine cabinet)
• Scrub vanity top
• Detail vanity top 
• Wet Wipe vanity cabinets 

4. Wet Wipe all switch/plug covers 

• Wet Wipe all towel bars/behind the toilet 

5. Shower/tub 

• Scrub top to bottom including any glass 
• Remember all your tools! 
• Rinse well 
• Detail/Dry Wipe 
• Wet Wipe down outside of any showers or tubs including glass, and/or shower curtain rod 

6. Toilet 

• Treat bowl with Comet 
• Brush bowl 
• Pay attention to inside of toilet bowl brush down into the hole as far as one can and look under the rim grill screen if needed 
• Remember this is the only area the grill screen may be used – ANYWHERE ELSE! 

7. Floors 

• Vacuum floor well paying close attention to edges and corners 
• Mop floor well paying close attention to edges and corners 

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK! 

*Don’t forget to empty the trash and replace it with a clean liner and wipe outside trash can

KITCHEN 

1. Appliances 

• Wet Wipe exterior refrigerator top to bottom
• Wet Wipe dishwasher (top edge and exterior)
• Wet Wipe microwave (inside and out) 
• Wet Wipe and/or scrub stove top 
• Wet Wipe front of any ovens top to bottom 

2. Counters scrubbed and/or wet wiped 

*Check counters by feeling with HANDS and looking at counters EYE LEVEL for crumbs Check for any plug/switch covers as you go and make sure to wet wipe down any small appliances *Note: small appliances are just a wet wipe down NOT a scrub 

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK! 

*Don’t forget trash 

Dusting Duties 

*The canister vacuum can be used first to remove any heavy dust/hair before wiping 

1. Extension pole (fan brush) whole home including kitchen and other bathrooms. This allows the dust to settle as you start the clean. Vents, cobwebs and fans/light fixtures that cannot be reached by hand. 
2. Start dusting the Master Bedroom and follow the room top to bottom, left to right. All furniture is fully wet wiped including sides, all items on furniture get wet wiped, picked up and wet wiped underneath. 
3. Clean any glass or mirrors/wall hangings (pictures, mirrors, thermostats, sconces etc)
4. Wet Wipe all switch covers/light switches
5. If room is carpeted crevice with the canister vacuum and use to spot clean areas not accessible with upright vacuum 
   1. Note: upholstered furniture in 1 room is to be vacuumed 
   2. Leather Furniture it to be fully wet wiped down
      *Don’t forget the hallways or exit door!
      *CHECK YOUR WORK! 

*Don’t forget ALL trash

*Some homes include stairs.  Please hand wet wipe any handrails

Floors (carpeted and hard flooring)

1.Vacuum 

*Best advice: vacuum well paying close attention to edges and corners Pick up anything reasonable to vacuum underneath 

Get as far under furniture as possible. 

2. Mop

*Best advice: use only hot and clean water, must be changed often 

Very little or no floor product 

PAY ATTENTION TO EDGES AND CORNERS 

*DOUBLE CHECK  YOUR WORK! 

*Don’t forget trash 

Place all tools outside when finished; this ensures a clear path as you and/or your partner tackle the floor 

Final Steps 

• *Help with any areas areas or tasks not complete 
• *Check partners work 
• *Use your checklists
• *Walk through with Client if applicable
• *Enter into job notes what areas you cleaned
