Add Help Center to your home screen

Make sure you always have the Help Center pinned to your mobile phone’s home screen. If you do not yet have this shortcut configured on the home screen, follow the steps below depending on your device:

• Launch the “Chrome” app.
• Open the site or web page that you want to pin to your home screen. In this case, the Help Center
• Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right corner) and tap Add to Home Screen.
• You will be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

• Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
• Navigate to the site for which you want to create a shortcut on the home screen. In this case, the Help Center.
• Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out) at the bottom of the screen.
• Scroll to the list of actions and press Add to home screen.
