Trainer Pay Plan

1. We want to make sure you get paid what you deserve. You’re a great trainer – let’s get you paid accordingly!
2. We are going to give you resources and support to be an even more effective trainer so that the quality of your training really pays off (for your trainee AND for you).
3. With this new structure, you’ll help us build a stronger work community and that’s a benefit to everyone who works here.

Week 1 – (5 days of training). You’ll make up to $185 at the end of week 1.

After 30 days of being solo – Ready to make another $150?! If your trainee has an overall scorecard score of at least 95% and at least at a 90% efficiency rating you get an additional $150. 

After 90 days of being solo – Ready to make another $100?! If your trainee has an overall scorecard score of at least 96% and at least at a 90% efficiency rating you get an additional $150.
