My vacuum stops working

If this happens, follow these steps to troubleshoot your vacuum:

• Check that the bag is seated properly and it’s not full
• Check if the belt is broken, damaged, or not seated properly
• Test a different outlet for power
• Check the roller brush to make sure there is no hair in it
• Check the hose for a clog, carry a wire hanger in your car to help with this!
• Check the filters and make sure they are not clogged
  

If you still cannot get your upright vacuum to work, use your Sanitaire vacuum and cleaning tools to get through the cleaning.
