Clocking In & Out Policy

• Clock into the home once you are at the door before entering or ringing the bell
• When you are finished
  • Pack up your supplies and clock out of the home (Before putting your supplies in your vehicle and walking out of the customers home)

• Clock out for the day right after you clock out of the home

• Collaborate with your teammate and clock in together
  • Unless you arrive at different times.
  • If so clock in as normal
• Pack up your supplies and clock out of the home at the same time together with your teammate (Before putting your supplies in your vehicle and walking out of the customers home)
  • The clock out should ALWAYS be the same time

• Clock in while driving to your first home
• Clock into any home before being ready to start
• Clock out after you have left the home
• Sit in your car until the budgeted time is up and clock out then

• We pull reports on a quarterly basis to see if we need to adjust pricing.
• If we need to adjust the budgeted time on a certain type of home
• Raise current recurring customers pricing or new one time/first time homes in general
• Know how well everyone is doing so we can provide training to those who need help with time management so they can make more money, save their bodies etc.

• It’s just an estimated time to clean a certain home.
• Sometimes you may take longer and sometimes it may not take as much time.
• You must clean the home leaving it clean according to the speed cleaning process and our core values WOWing the customer!
• When running payroll we look at how much time you were budgeted for the week vrs how much time it actually took you and take that into consideration.

Falsifying time clocks is considered stealing company time and is grounds for immediate termination.
