- Make sure that the customer is very satisfied!
- IE: “Thank you so much! The house looks beautiful!”
- Let them know: “You know what, it would mean a lot to me if you would go online and leave a review on either Google, Yelp, or whatever you happen to be on. If you do leave a 5-star review, my manager sees that so that means a lot to me, and my company will give me a $10 tip in your name for leaving that 5-star review.”
Remember: You will continue earning tips for every 5-star client review you receive. The sky is the limit!
