The client has left and there’s no way to lock the door

When in this situation, follow these steps:

• Lock the front door from the inside if possible
• Check if there is a garage side door that can be locked from the inside so you can exit the home through it. If that’s the case, first check if the side door leads to a backyard. Before you close the door, make sure there are no aggressive dogs and that the back gate is unlocked.
• If you have no choice but to leave the door unlocked, contact the office so the client can be notified.
