We do run the entire schedule on Booking Koala on your cellphone. But because of this, we need you to remember not to be on your phone unless it is necessary for the job (IE: contacting the office, viewing job notes, setting a timer). Phones are a big distraction and using them while in a client’s home can be seen as bad practice – We do receive complaints from clients about phone usage, so please be aware. Additionally, using your phone when it is not necessary greatly affects the potential for you to earn more money.

Dress code

Field Employees must wear:

Polo shirts or cleaning scrubs
Safe, solid color closed-toe, non-slip shoes that preferably match The Mission Maids uniform.
Jeans with no rips and solid color or black professional pants.
- Clothing must be clean, in good condition, and neat.
Limited jewelry and no dangling large hoops.
Body piercing’s limited to earrings only.
No other body piercing is acceptable.

Tattoos that are perceived as offensive or that diminish the effectiveness of the employee’s professionalism must be covered.

Maintain a clean, groomed appearance.
No heavily scented perfumes or other strong/unpleasant odors (these can cause allergic reactions, migraines, and respiratory difficulty for some clients and employees).
Make sure you DO NOT smell like smoke before entering a home.

Yoga pants, tights of any kind, workout pants, and leggings of any kind are prohibited.

Arriving at the home

The first thing we ask is, please do not park in the driveway. There are many reasons for this. Firstly, clients may be leaving which will require you to have to exit the home to move your car. Secondly, you may or may not know that your car is leaking oil. Even if it doesn’t leak, a client might see a spot in their driveway and may accuse the cleaner of leaving those spots – better to be safe than sorry! We would like you to park on the side of the road next to the home if possible unless the client states otherwise.

A lot of times, homes are empty when we arrive. You may have either a key, keypad, or garage code listed in the notes in your Booking Koalal app for entry.
